When your order is sent out, you will receive an email with the shipping code and the link to track the parcel. You also can see the tracking code of your order by accessing the order details on our website.

When registering an account at S-Craft, you will:
- Be able to buy products from S-Craft
- Regularly updated useful product information as well as available promotion and discount information.
- Be able to check your order history

We accept payment via Paypal/ Debit card/ Credit card/ Vietnam Domestic ATM (Napas)

The expected shipping date is noted within each product detail page as well as in the confirmation email after you place the order.

Important note: Due to the nature of handcrafted products, the shipping date may take longer or change based on the actual situation. We will keep you posted on the new dates (if any) via Discord server, Instagram and email.

1. DHL Express (Signed for delivery): It often takes 3-5 business days and this is the safest shipping at S-Craft. 

2. Postal service (Non-signature delivery): It would take 2-7 weeks based on your location. We use a proxy for this shipping method therefore no updates will appear until our proxy receives and delivers the packages to the local postal service.

*Note: 

• It may take longer for some specific reasons. Once receiving the tracking code, please follow it closely especially if you chose Postal service. 
• We can not resolve any request after 2 weeks from the day the parcel is delivered.
• We only support the lost/damaged cases that are confirmed by the carrier.

Please request for a refund within 24hrs to cancel your order and receive your refund. Please keep in mind that we will not refund the transaction fee.

Note: The refund request is valid as long as it's sent out within 24hrs from the time you purchase. Due to large amount of emails, it may take a bit longer than usual for us to handle your email. Don't worry if you don't receive our response right away.

Except the keycap is broken during transportation, we won't be responsible for the keycap(s) after 3 days since you get your package. 

Please understand that this is handmade product, so we'd love to have your tolerance on some minor imperfection that may have.

In case of defective keycaps that are confirmed by S-Craft team, we will send you the replacement one after you finish one of following options:

1. Send back the keycaps for us

2. Destroy the defective keycaps (you may use a hammer, padlock, or anything else that will completely break the keycap), photograph it with the timestamp, and submit it to us.

Our keycaps are all handmade. Therefore, every keycap is unique and there's not exactly the same keycap elsewhere on Earth.

So please understand that the keycap will be almost the same as the photo we provide. However, we seek for your understanding if there are any minor differences from the provided photos

It take 5 - 10 days to create a keycap. We meticulously take care of every single step to ensure our keycap's quality. From sketching to drawing, 3D modeling, handling prototypes, resin casting, painting and so on.
